日本の国民健康保険 National Health Insurance (Japan)

National Health Insurance (Japan) / National Health Insurance (国民健康保険 Kokumin-Kenkō-Hoken) is one of the two major types of insurance programs available in Japan. The other is Employees’ Health Insurance (健康保険 Kenkō-Hoken). National Health insurance is designed for people who are not eligible to be members of any employment-based health insurance program. Although private insurance is also available, all Japanese citizens, permanent residents, and any non-Japanese residing in Japan with a visa lasting three months or longer are required to be enrolled in either National Health Insurance or Employees’ Health Insurance. On July 9, 2012, the alien registration system was abolished and foreigners are now able to apply as part of the Basic Resident Registration System. 国民健康保険（こくみんけんこうほけん、英: National Health Insurance）は、日本の国民健康保険法等を根拠とする、法定強制保険の医療保険である。主に市町村が運営し、被用者保険などとともに、日本におけるユニバーサルヘルスケア制度の中核をなすものである。医療保険事務上の略称は国保（こくほ）と呼ばれ、社保（しゃほ）と呼ばれる被用者保険（健康保険等）と区別される。日本の人口のうち27.5%が市町村国保への加入者、2.5%が国保組合の加入者である（2011年）。特徴としては減免措置を受けている世帯が59.3%に上ることであり、その6割は無職者であった（2017年）。なお75歳に達すると国民健康保険は脱退となり、後期高齢者医療制度の加入者となる。 (国民健康保険 – Wikipedia)

いよいよ還暦（60歳）です
美幌町は大還暦（120歳）です　

繰返す人の営み祈り在り　　　（美幌音楽人）　

その昔父と私（小1）は稲荷神社にお参りに行った
（大正初期曽祖父が商売成功で稲荷神社を建立）
私は見様見真似で拝礼し「勉強ができるように
なりますように頭がよくなりますように」などと
一生懸命に祈った
父が笑いながら「神さまに自分のことを頼まないで
神さまの前でがんばりますと誓うことが大事だよ」
私はよく納得した　そして
「神さまにも祈りがあるのかな」と考えた…　

今私は「人は祈る」こと少しわかりました
